Our residential portfolio includes single-family rental homes, townhouse communities, and condominium units across primary and secondary markets, managed for stable long-term cash flow and tenant quality. Our commercial assets encompass Class B and C industrial warehouse space leased to small-to-mid-size operators, providing e-commerce logistics and light manufacturing tenants.
