HealthCaps Secures Multi-Year Supply Agreement for HPMC Vegetarian Capsules
HealthCaps, a leading subsidiary of FIG10 specializing in empty capsule solutions and machinery, has successfully secured a major multi-year supply agreement with a top-tier North American pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Under the terms of the agreement, HealthCaps will become the primary supplier of HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) vegetarian capsules for the manufacturer's expanding line of plant-based health and wellness products.
The deal underscores the growing industry shift toward vegetarian and vegan-friendly delivery formats. HealthCaps' HPMC capsules are globally recognized for their structural stability, resistance to moisture, and excellent dissolution profiles, making them ideal for a wide range of sensitive formulations.
“This partnership is a testament to the rigorous quality standards we maintain at HealthCaps,” said Marcus Chokshi. “Our ability to provide high-volume, ISO-certified hard shells with consistent quality is why we continue to win trust with large-scale pharmaceutical operators.”
Strategic Growth in Life Sciences
The agreement also includes a provision for HealthCaps to supply specialized encapsulation machinery and technical support to the manufacturer's newest facility, further deepening the strategic relationship.
By providing both the capsules and the equipment to fill them, HealthCaps offers a unique vertically integrated solution that reduces supply chain complexity and optimizes production uptime for its partners.
"We don't just sell components; we provide the engineering and material science that allows our partners to scale with confidence."
HealthCaps plans to expand its specialized "clean-label" capsule inventory to meet the increasing demand for non-GMO and organic-certified delivery formats throughout the coming year.
